CHALLENGE
Planning, pipeline and letters lived apart.
PwC Türkiye runs its internal business apps through one corporate portal. Advisory teams needed to plan utilisation week by week, follow opportunities from pipeline to billing, and stop preparing visa and employment letters by hand, all inside that portal and its security model.
APPROACH
Three focused apps on one shared platform.
We built Common Calendar, Compass and Official Letter as separate apps that share the portal's sign-in, roles and data. Staff records sync from the HR system and job codes from finance, so nobody types them twice. Letters are generated on the firm's letterhead after partner approval.
