PwC Türkiye’s Advisory teams plan their weeks against clients, jobs and projects. Managers needed to see who is chargeable, who is available and who has not logged anything yet, inside the firm’s business portal and with the same staff and job data the rest of the firm uses.

We built a weekly grid where people mark each day as chargeable, available, training, vacation or pending a job code, and copy last week in one click. Staff come from the HR system and jobs from the finance system. Entries lock every half month, every change is kept in history, and managers get six report views with export.
