PwC - Official Letter

PwC Türkiye staff regularly need visa support and employment letters. Each one needs the right legal entity, a partner or HR signature and correct dates in Turkish or English. Requests had to be easy for staff and quick for the Human Capital team to prepare, with nobody retyping employee details.

We built a request flow with travel-date rules, followed by partner or HR approval with clear statuses. Employee data comes from the HR system, and the letter is generated as a PDF on the current letterhead of the right legal entity. Requesters and admins get email updates, and only admins can download an editable copy.
