CHALLENGE
Year-end notes lived in fragile spreadsheets.
Finance teams and audit firms prepared loan, lease and fixed-asset notes in linked Excel files. One rate change meant days of manual updates, errors surfaced only at audit time, and nobody else could follow the formulas.
APPROACH
Enter the data once, generate the rest.
We built one platform with modules for borrowings, leases, fixed assets and internal audit. Source data is entered once; schedules, movement tables, journal entries and Word notes are generated and recalculate on every change. It runs as SaaS or on the customer's own servers, and its AI explains figures but never calculates them.
